Description
These delicious nuts are so easy to prepare and make a great appetizer, snack or gift!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup of raw nuts (cashews, pecans, brazil, etc.)
- 1 ½ Tbsp. olive oil (organic, extra virgin, cold pressed)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. rosemary leaves, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- Pinch of sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the oil and honey until blended well and just simmering (about 1-2 minutes). Add in the rosemary and spice until fragrant.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the nuts until well coated.
- Place the nuts on the lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Stir them about halfway through.
- Let cool for 10 minutes to let the coating harden a bit and enjoy!
Notes
- If you want the nuts a little sweeter and stickier, add another ½ Tbsp. of honey.
- Substitute maple syrup for the honey.
- Substitute coconut oil for the olive oil.
