- 2 slices bread, gluten free
- 1/2 avocado, mashed
- 2 eggs (pastured, organic), fried
- 1/2 Tbsp. butter or ghee (organic)
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- Toast your bread.
- Mash the avocado with a fork and place half of the avocado on each piece of toast. Set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Melt your butter or ghee. Fry the egg to your preference from over easy to over hard.
- Place the egg on top of the avocado toast and top with salsa.
Notes
Fire roasted salsa is absolutely delicious in this recipe, but feel free to play with different varieties to find your favorite.
