Description
This healthy cucumber and smoked salmon snack is incredibly easy to make and so delicious!
Ingredients

- 1 English cucumber
- 4 oz. smoked salmon, wild-caught
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 4 tsp. tamari, reduced sodium
- Everything But the Bagel seasoning (or sesame seeds)
Instructions
- Slice the cucumber.
- Drizzle a little tamari on a serving plate.
- Place the cucumber slices on top of the plate. Put a small piece or two of smoked salmon on each cucumber slice. Top with a slice of avocado.
- Sprinkle the bites with some Everything But the Bagel seasoning or sesame seeds.
Notes
- You can drizzle the tamari sauce on top of the bites, if you prefer. Or, you can do both!
- If sensitive to soy, consider using coconut aminos instead.
- Add a little fresh herbs (basil, cilantro or chives) for a garnish.
- You can substitute sushi grade tuna for the smoked salmon, if you prefer.
