Description
This light and fluffy honey butter is so simple to make and so divine to eat!
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsalted grass-fed butter (or organic ghee)
- 3 Tbsp. honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp. Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Let the butter sit at room temperature to soften.
- Once the butter is soft, whip it in a bowl with an electric hand mixer until it’s fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add in the honey, vanilla, salt and cinnamon (if using) and beat another minute.
Notes
- To keep soft, store at room temperature.
- If storing in the refrigerator, let the butter come to room temperature and whip again, if needed, before serving.
- If using ghee, you can whip the ghee first and add the remaining ingredients. Ghee is stored at room temperature.
- Use non-dairy butter if vegan or dairy free options are needed.
