This festive endive and cream cheese appetizer tastes delicious and is so easy to make!
Ingredients

- 1 head Belgian endiveĀ
- 5 Tbsp. cream cheese
- 4 Tbsp. red pepper jelly
- 1/3 cup chopped hazelnuts
Instructions
- Wash the endive leaves and dry them in a paper towel prior to assembling.
- Spread 1/2 Tbsp. of cream cheese in each leaf and spoon 1/2 tsp. or more of the jelly on top of that.
- Top with the chopped nuts, just prior to serving.
Notes
- Substitute regular sliced almonds or smoked almonds for the hazelnuts.
- Use dairy free cream cheese in place of the dairy-based cream cheese to make these vegan.
