This baked salmon dish is easy to make with few ingredients. It is sure to become a family favorite!
My favorite dishes to make are those that are easy to prep yet taste delicious. What I love about this salmon dish is that I can marinate it just before cooking or overnight, if needed. It also uses very few ingredients.
What You’ll Need:
- wild-caught salmon
- tamari or coconut aminos
- fresh ginger root
- maple syrup
- ground black pepper
- green onion
Making the Recipe:
You’ll start by making the marinade. Mix together the tamari with the maple syrup and minced ginger. Pour the marinade in a glass baking dish or a zip top bag. Place the salmon in the marinade and marinate for at least 30 minutes and up to 24 hours.
When you are ready to bake the salmon, preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Add the salmon to an oven-safe baking dish. A 9×13 sized dish works great. Bake for 15 minutes.
Slice the green onions and add them to the salmon before serving. I love to pair this dish with a simple mixed greens salad for an easy dinner meal for my family.

Notes
This salmon can be marinated up to 24 hours before cooking. To save time the day of cooking, marinate the salmon overnight.
