White Balsamic Honey and Basil Vinaigrette

Herb vinaigrette with whisk in white bowl on dark wood board.

Making your own salad dressings is so easy and much healthier for you. This vinaigrette is a delicious summer favorite that pairs perfectly with mixed greens salads with stone fruit.

I hardly ever buy salad dressings anymore. It only takes 5-6 ingredients and about 5 minutes to make a homemade vinaigrette. And, you control the quality and freshness of the ingredients you’re using, which makes it taste even better in my opinion!

This particular vinaigrette I first made to complement a mixed greens salad with grilled chicken, red onion and peaches. In the summer, I use basil in everything I can. I absolutely love the fragrance and flavor boost that fresh herbs give to food.
